At CAPS, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is unused and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
